What to include
For corrections, please include:
- The exact URL of the page.
- The sentence or claim that is wrong, quoted directly.
- The correct information and a link to a public source if possible.
For privacy requests, include the email address you used to contact us previously (if any). We do not run user accounts, so we usually have no personal data on file beyond your correspondence.
Response times
- Corrections and editorial: typically within three business days.
- Press enquiries: within five business days.
- Privacy requests: within 30 days, in line with GDPR and Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act.
What we do not do
- We do not provide gambling advice, betting tips, or strategy coaching.
- We cannot resolve disputes between players and operators — those go to the operator’s licensing authority (LGRB Uganda for locally licensed operators, or the relevant offshore regulator).
- We do not promote unlicensed operators or run paid placements.
- We have no postal address for general correspondence; please email instead.
